AN ACT CONCERNING NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIANS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 373 of the general statutes be amended to allow licensed naturopathic physicians who meet certain requirements to prescribe medication from an established formulary for their patients.

Statement of Purpose:

To permit naturopathic physicians to prescribe medication in certain circumstances.
