AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OF THE FORMER SEASIDE REGIONAL CENTER PROPERTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subject to the approval of the State Properties Review Board, the Commissioner of Public Works shall sell the former Seaside Regional Center property at a cost equal to the fair market value of said property, as determined by the average of two appraisals conducted by two independent appraisers selected by the commissioner.
Statement of Purpose:
To expedite the sale of the former Seaside Regional Center property so that the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services may obtain revenue from the sale.
