AN ACT CONCERNING THE CLAIMS AGAINST THE STATE OF JOANNE, PETER AND MATTHEW AVOLETTA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to permit Joanne Avoletta, Peter Avoletta and Matthew Avoletta to present their respective claims against the state to the Claims Commissioner.

Statement of Purpose:

To permit Joanne Avoletta, Peter Avoletta and Matthew Avoletta to present their respective claims against the state to the Claims Commissioner.
