AN ACT CONCERNING ENHANCED REGIONALISM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the state increase financial and other incentives for intermunicipal and regional cooperation by sharing one-quarter of one per cent of the sales tax with regions.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase regional cooperation and make government more efficient and less expensive.
