AN ACT CONCERNING CIVIL ACTIONS BROUGHT TO ENFORCE THE LAW CONCERNING RUNNING BAMBOO.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 22a-381e of the general statutes be amended to specifically authorize individuals to bring civil actions to the Superior Court for the enforcement of restrictions concerning the planting of running bamboo. Additionally, the award of attorney's fees and court costs would be authorized.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the enforcement of restrictions concerning running bamboo through civil actions.
