AN ACT CONCERNING ADEQUATELY FUNDING THE COST OF MEALS ON WHEELS FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE CONNECTICUT HOME-CARE PROGRAM FOR THE ELDERLY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-343 of the general statutes be amended to require that state reimbursements to providers of meals on wheels to participants of the Connecticut home-care program for the elderly adequately cover reasonable costs.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that providers of meals on wheels to participants of the Connecticut home-care program for the elderly are adequately reimbursed for reasonable costs.
