AN ACT INCREASING THE BOTTLE DEPOSIT FEE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to increase the bottle deposit fee from five cents to ten cents.

Statement of Purpose:

To double the deposit fee on bottles.
