AN ACT REOPENING ELIGIBILITY FOR THE RENTAL REBATE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (c) of section 12-170d of the 2014 supplement to the general statutes be repealed.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the limit on eligibility for the rental rebate program.
