AN ACT CONCERNING FULLY FUNDING THE ELDERLY NUTRITION PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of three million seven hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to the Department of Social Services, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, for the elderly nutrition program.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure adequate nutrition for vulnerable senior citizens.
