AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR THE DONATION OF EQUIPMENT TO A VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to provide a tax credit to businesses that donate equipment to a vocational technical high school.

Statement of Purpose:

To encourage the donation of equipment to our vo-tech schools by allowing businesses to receive a tax credit for such donations.
