AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPANSION OF A PROGRAM FOR OPIOID TREATMENT TO ALL OF THE STATE'S CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 18 of the general statutes be amended to expand the Department of Correction's opioid treatment program to all correctional facilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the existing Department of Correction opioid treatment program in order to combat the opioid crisis.
