AN ACT CONCERNING COPAYMENTS UNDER THE STATE EMPLOYEES' HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the cost of providing benefits to state employees be reduced by increasing copayments for insured persons covered by the state employees' health insurance plan.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the cost of providing state benefits by increasing copayments for all employees and officials.
