AN ACT REQUIRING THE COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTATION TO STUDY CONGESTION ON INTERSTATE 95.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Transportation be required to conduct a study of congestion on Interstate 95 from the Connecticut-New York border to the Connecticut-Rhode Island border.
Statement of Purpose:
To require a comprehensive study of congestion issues on Interstate 95 so the Department of Transportation can better plan for congestion.
