AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CLEAN-UP OF THE RAYMARK SUPERFUND SITE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the sum of ___ dollars be appropriated to the Department of Environmental Protection, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012, for the purpose of funding ongoing clean-up efforts and maintenance at the Raymark Superfund site.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide funding for the clean-up of the Raymark Superfund Site in Stratford.
