AN ACT CREATING A STATE FUND FOR THE SPAY AND NEUTERING OF ABANDONED HOUSEHOLD PETS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a state fund for the spay and neutering of abandoned household pets.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a means for spaying and neutering abandoned household pets.
