AN ACT CONCERNING AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO REQUEST RECONSIDERATION OF A PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That any person in the town of Sprague otherwise eligible to request a reconsideration of a notice of modification of such person's grand list claim in the 2008 assessment year, except that such person failed to timely file for reconsideration, shall be allowed to request such reconsideration not later than thirty days after the effective date of this section.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow an extension of time for a company in Sprague to request reconsideration of a notice of modification of a grand list claim.
