AN ACT CONCERNING GROUP HOME CLOSURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require owners of group homes that serve state-assisted clients to develop a transition plan for residents should the home close.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide clarity for residents when the state closes a group home.
