AN ACT REQUIRING THE LICENSURE OF POLYGRAPH EXAMINERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the licensure of polygraph examiners and to require the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to adopt regulations to establish educational and training requirements for such examiners.
