AN ACT CONCERNING A REPORT ON THE SURVEY OF ACCESSIBILITY IN AND TO STATE BUILDINGS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (Effective from passage) Not later than January 1, 2013, the Commissioner of Administrative Services shall submit a report to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to aging, in accordance with section 11-4a of the general statutes, concerning the results of the survey of accessibility in and to state buildings for persons with disabilities being conducted by the Department of Administrative Services.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
Section 1	from passage	New section

Statement of Legislative Commissioners:

The word "being" was added in the next to last line to clarify that the survey referred to is one currently being conducted by the department.
