AN ACT CONCERNING RESPITE CARE EXPENDITURES BY THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 319 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Children and Families to post all individual respite care expenditures on the department's web site.
Statement of Purpose:
To create greater transparency of respite care expenditures made through the Department of Children and Families' flexible fund.
