AN ACT CONCERNING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE INTERAGENCY COUNCIL ON AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand membership on the Interagency Council on Affordable Housing to include representatives from housing authorities, developers, for-profit and not-for-profit owners and management, mortgage lenders and realtors.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the expertise and diversity of the membership of the Interagency Council on Affordable Housing.
