AN ACT REPEALING THE UNIFORM REGIONAL SCHOOL CALENDAR MANDATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-66q of the general statutes be amended to repeal the requirement that a local or regional board of education adopt and implement a uniform regional school calendar.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the mandate that a school district adopt a uniform regional school calendar.
