AN ACT CONCERNING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE TRAINING FOR PROSECUTING OFFICIALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the office of the Chief State's Attorney to conduct quarterly meetings and training for all state's attorneys, assistant state's attorneys and deputy assistant state's attorneys assigned to handle domestic violence cases.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the office of the Chief State's Attorney to conduct quarterly meetings and training for all state's attorneys, assistant state's attorneys and deputy assistant state's attorneys assigned to handle domestic violence cases.
