AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR SPIRIT PERMIT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to establish a spirit permit to allow distilleries the same ability as breweries and wineries to offer tours and tastings, sell for off-site consumption and serve food.

Statement of Purpose:

To treat distilleries in the state in the same manner as wineries and breweries.
