AN ACT CONCERNING ANNUAL EXPENDITURES FROM THE BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH TRUST FUND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 19a-32c of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the provision concerning the total amount of expenditures that may be made each fiscal year from the Biomedical Research Trust Fund.

Statement of Purpose:

To increase funding that is available for research from the Biomedical Research Trust Fund.
