AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTION NOTICES PLACED JOINTLY BY TOWNS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to permit towns to jointly place a public notice in a newspaper for a state-wide primary or election.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow towns to share the cost of a public notice for a state-wide primary or election while not reducing the effectiveness of the notice.
