AN ACT CREATING THE PLYMOUTH BUSINESS STIMULUS ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate all state restrictions that prohibit the expansion of Plymouth Industrial Park in the town of Plymouth and to provide funding to raise the bridges in the towns of Bristol and Plymouth that cross Route 72 and restrict commercial traffic due to their limited height.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage and spur economic development in the town of Plymouth by eliminating restrictions on industrial and commercial expansion and improving commercial access to town by raising certain bridges over Route 72.
