AN ACT AUTHORIZING ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS TO HAVE SIRENS AND FLASHING LIGHTS ON THEIR VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize animal control officers to have sirens and flashing lights on their vehicles.
Statement of Purpose:
To facilitate the treatment and care of animals in the custody of animal control officers.
