AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR REPLACING THE NORTH MAIN STREET BRIDGE IN PLYMOUTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate three hundred fifty thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of Transportation for the purpose of replacing the North Main Street bridge in the town of Plymouth.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the replacement of the North Main Street bridge in Plymouth.
