AN ACT REQUIRING NOTICE TO THE PROPERTY OWNER BEFORE THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION CUTS TREES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Transportation to provide notice to any property owner prior to cutting trees on the owner's property.

Statement of Purpose:

To require notice to property owners when the Department of Transportation cuts trees.
