AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF MAN-MADE STRUCTURES TO MARK THE COASTAL JURISDICTION LINE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 22a-359 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the use of man-made structures such as pipes and culverts to mark the coastal jurisdiction line for the tidal, coastal or navigable waters of the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow certain man-made structures to mark the coastal jurisdiction line.
