AN ACT EXEMPTING BOTTLES SHIPPED TO "ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION ONLY" ESTABLISHMENTS FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE BOTTLE BILL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 446d of the general statutes be amended to exempt any beverage container that is shipped to an "on-premises consumption only" establishment.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the cost of compliance with the bottle bill for small businesses.
