AN ACT DESIGNATING BAMBOO AS AN INVASIVE SPECIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to designate bamboo as an invasive species.

Statement of Purpose:

To prevent the rapid spread of bamboo and any associated damage from such plant.
