AN ACT REQUIRING THE REGULATION REVIEW COMMITTEE TO EVALUATE ALL CURRENT REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 54 of the general statutes be amended to require the legislative regulation review committee to review all current agency regulations and recommend the repeal of outdated, burdensome or unnecessary regulations.
Statement of Purpose:
To ease the regulatory burden on businesses by having existing regulations reviewed and repealed if outdated, burdensome or unnecessary.
