AN ACT CONCERNING THE NUMBER OF POLLING PLACES FOR PRIMARIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-438 of the general statutes be amended to allow registrars, town clerks, candidates and a town's local legislative body to reduce the number of polling places for a primary if none of the aforementioned object.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow towns to reduce the number of polling places for primaries.
