AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION FUNDS FOR TRANSPORTING STUDENTS TO MAGNET SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 172 of the general statutes be amended to permit funds for school transportation to be used for the transportation of students to interdistrict magnet schools.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the use of school transportation funds to allow for the transportation of students to magnet schools.
