HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 63
EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE DELAWARE ANTI-DUMPING AND ANTI-LITTERING SOLUTIONS TASK FORCE.
WHEREAS, the Delaware Anti-Dumping and Anti-Littering Solutions Task Force was established under House Concurrent Resolution No. 9 of the 149 th General Assembly to study litter and illegal dumping and to make findings and recommendations based on the study; and
WHEREAS, the Task Force was directed to submit its findings and recommendations report to all members of the General Assembly and Governor John Carney no later than April 1, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Task Force has worked diligently on its study, but is not yet prepared to submit its report; and
WHEREAS, the members of the Task Force believe that they will be able to submit the report by September 30, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the 149th General Assembly of the State of Delaware, the Senate concurring therein, that the date by which the findings and recommendations report of the Delaware Anti-Dumping and Anti-Littering Solutions Task Force is due be extended to September 30, 2018.
SYNOPSIS
This resolution extends the due date of the findings and recommendations report of the Delaware Anti-Dumping and Anti-Littering Solutions Task Force from April 1, 2018 to September 30, 2018.
