DELAWARE STATE SENATE

146th GENERAL ASSEMBLY

SENATE BILL NO. 158

AN ACT TO REPEAL CERTAIN LAWS RELATING TO VARIOUS BOARDS, COUNCILS, COMMITTEES AND CORPORATIONS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend §9008 of Title 29 of the Delaware Code, by striking said section in its entirety.

Section 2. Amend §171, §172 and §173 of Title 16 of the Delaware Code, by striking said sections in their entirety.

Section 3. Amend §5063 of Title 29 of the Delaware Code, by striking said section in its entirety.

Section 4. Amend §1507(c) of Title 3 of the Delaware Code, by striking said subsection in its entirety.

Section 5. Amend §301D(c) of Title 19 of the Delaware Code, by striking said subsection in its entirety.

SYNOPSIS

This Bill repeals statutes establishing or dealing with the following entities:

Section 1 - Advisory Council for Children Youth and Their Families

Section 2 – Corps of Oral Hygienists

Section 3 – Delaware Development Corporation

Section 4 – Seed Certification Advisory Committee

Section 5 – Worker's Compensation Advisory Council

These entities have all been sunsetted.
