SENATE BILL NO. 175 |
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER'S BILL OF RIGHTS. |
Section 1.Amend §9200(b), Title 11 of the Delaware Code by adding the phrase, "an agent of the State Office of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs" after the phrase, "special investigator of the Department of Justice," and before the phrase, "or an agent of the State Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement;".
SYNOPSIS
This bill places agents of the Office of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs under the Law-Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights. |
