SENATE BILL NO. 264 |
AN ACT TO DEAUTHORIZE AND REAUTHORIZE CERTAIN FUNDS OF THE STATE AND SPECIFYINGCERTAIN CONDITIONS FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF SUCH FUNDS. |
Section 1.Contingent upon the enactment of Senate Bill 220 of the 147th General Assembly, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the Controller General shall be authorized to deauthorize up to the following amounts from the following state agencies and reauthorize said amounts to the Department of Finance, State Lottery Office for implementation of Senate Bill No. 220 during Fiscal Year 2015 pursuant to the formula outlined in Section 1 of Senate Bill No. 220.

Of the amount identified for Video Lottery, $3,000,000 is deauthorized and reauthorized in House Bill 425 (Fiscal Year 2015 Bond and Capital Improvements Act) for the Strategic Fund. This section, if implemented, shall reduce the appropriation for the Strategic Fund for Fiscal Year 2015 from $22,200,000 to $19,200,000. It is the intent of the General Assembly that any amount of funding deauthorized pursuant to this section for the New Jobs Infrastructure-Kent County Regional Sports Complex be replaced in full for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015.
SYNOPSIS
Contingent upon enactment of Senate Bill No. 220 of the 147th General Assembly, this Act deauthorizes $9,900,000 in existing authorizations and reauthorizes $9,900,000 to the State Lottery Office for Lottery and Gaming. |
