AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SHELLFISH. |
Section 1.Amend §1918(c), Title 7 of the Delaware Code by inserting the language ", including posthumously," after "transfer a license" and before "to a designee" in the third sentence of the subsection.
Section 2.Amend §1918(c), Title 7 of the Delaware Code by deleting: "and such license has not previously been transferred to a designee on or after July 12, 1995".
Section 3.This Act and revised §1918 (c), Title 7 of the Delaware Code shall be retroactive back to July 12, 1995 to cover any person who died while having an unexpired license at the time of such person's death.
SYNOPSIS
This bill allows for the transfer of a commercial crab pot or crab dredger license more than one time, additionally, the bill allows for posthumous transfer of a license. |
