    5         (d) The pregnant woman is a minor in the process of
    6  obtaining a judicial waiver as provided in s. 390.01114.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 25
   11  and insert:
   12         providing exceptions; amending s. 390.0112, F.S.;
