The amendment reduces the Southeastern Livestock Pavilion project by 
$100,000 to add the Gadsden County Extension Facility project.

DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 1474B:

From  the  funds provided in Specific Appropriation 1474B, $2,170,000 in
nonrecurring  funds  from the General Revenue Fund shall be used for the
following:

Arcadia Rodeo...............................................     250,000
Bartow Agricultural Arena...................................     120,000
Sarasota County Agricultural Fair Association...............     500,000

and insert in lieu thereof:
