Deletes proviso requiring the use of $268,964,000 for the Florida Best and 
Brightest Teacher and Principal Allocation and inserts new proviso to 
provide for an increase for teacher salaries.

Following Specific Appropriation 93, DELETE:

From   the   funds   provided  in  Specific  Appropriations  6  and  93,
$268,964,000  is  provided  for  the  Florida Best and Brightest Teacher
Allocation  pursuant  to section 1012.731, Florida Statutes, and for the
Florida  Best  and  Brightest  Principal  Allocation pursuant to section
1012.732, Florida Statutes.

Following Specific Appropriation 93, INSERT:

From the funds provided in Specific Appropriations 6 and 93, 
$268,964,000 is provided as additional funding for increased teacher

salaries.
