       The Committee on Education (Thurston) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (826696) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 1139
    4  and insert:
    5  available funding;
    6         b. Provide the victim, the alleged offender, and the
    7  student’s parent with the contact information for not-for-profit
    8  community mental health centers or school-based mental health
    9  programs that offer one-on-one wrap-around services, including,
   10  but not limited to, student counseling and parental counseling
   11  that address the needs of the student and his or her family. The
   12  cost of the services shall be covered using the Hope
   13  Supplemental Services Allocation and Mental Health Assistance
   14  Allocation, as provided in the General Appropriations Act.
   15  School districts may contract with not-for-profit community
   16  mental health centers to provide one-on-one wrap-around
   17  services; and
