       The Committee on Rules (Farmer) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (395520) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 117 and 118
    5  insert:
    6         (5)Any business that is insured under an insurance policy
    7  providing coverage for premises liability shall receive a rebate
    8  of any insurance premiums paid or accrued from an insurance
    9  carrier or insurance provider for the period of any loss of use
   10  of the business premises due to authoritative or controlling
   11  government-issued health standards or guidance.

   15         Delete line 278
   16  and insert:
   17         related claims within specified timeframes; requiring
   18         certain businesses impacted by specified government
