    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (395520) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 262
    5  and insert:
    6  before the effective date of this act. This act is repealed 1
    7  year and 1 day after becoming a law, unless reenacted by the
    8  Legislature.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 290
   13  and insert:
   14         application; providing for future repeal; providing an
