    5  913.10 Number of jurors.—Twelve persons shall constitute a jury
    6  to try all capital and life felony cases, and six persons shall
    7  constitute a jury to try all other criminal cases.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 4 - 7
   12  and insert:
