    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1335
    4  and insert:
    5  approved operating budget goes below 5 percent for a Florida
    6  College System institution with a final FTE less than 15,000 for
    7  the prior year, or below 7 percent for a Florida College System
    8  institution with a final FTE of 15,000 or greater for the prior
    9  year, the president

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 184 - 187
   14  and insert:
   15         institutions; amending s. 1011.84, F.S.; establishing
   16         a threshold of the unencumbered balance at a Florida
   17         College System institution based on the final FTE at
   18         the Florida College System institution in the prior
   19         year; requiring each Florida College System
