       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Clemens) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 16 - 20
    4  and insert:
    5  effectuation of coverage. Electronic transmission of a policy
    6  for commercial risks, including, but not limited to, workers’
    7  compensation and employers’ liability, commercial automobile
    8  liability, commercial automobile physical damage, commercial
    9  lines residential property, commercial nonresidential property,
   10  farm owners insurance, and the types of commercial lines risks
   11  set forth in s. 627.062(3)(d), constitutes delivery to the
   12  insured or to the person entitled to delivery. The transmission
   13  must include notice to the insured, or to the person entitled to
   14  delivery, of his or her right to receive the policy via United
   15  States mail rather than via electronic transmission. If the
   16  insured or the person entitled to delivery communicates to the
   17  insurer electronically or in writing that he or she does not
   18  agree to delivery by electronic means, a paper copy of the
   19  policy shall be provided to the insured or the person entitled
   20  to delivery.

   24         Delete line 4
   25  and insert:
   26         policy may be delivered by electronic means;
   27         specifying the types of policies that can be delivered
   28         electronically; requiring that a paper copy of the
